Near where I live there are dozens of electric go-kart tracks. Some faster than others. But the rise of quick, affordable electric karts means that they can be put in almost anywhere. Now that some !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! are coming out, I can’t wait to do some indoor supermotoing on somoene else’s bike!

Shouldn’t be a problem. America is full of insane lawsuits, but most of them fail.

This would be a classic example of assumption of risk, unless someone was injured by negligence in the maintenance of the bikes/track, or something of that nature.

Go karting is a thing. Hell my city lets you rent a bicycle to use on the street. That is WAY more dangerous.

Yes but those require large facilities with lots of permits and away fom everything because of noise and fumes. Electric motorcycles can literally be put up in a strip mall. Or even a full size mall!

yes, and those go karts are often backwards, in the tires or on top of another persons kart. take away 2 wheels and whew.

Eh, I’d make people wear safety gear. And line I said, if its legal to rent a fixie bicycle to use on the roads with traffic, I’ll bet its easy to run a business where people have to gear up to rent an indoor electric motorcycle on a closed course. Oh, I can also rent quad runners and dirt bikes already at some off road parks. Like I said, I figure this is a more palatable option to an insurance company.
