I couldn’t even watch the confrontation. I had a very shrill woman screaming at me from a car once that brake checked me - with all of their brake lights burned out. I don’t stay behind people who drive like that and I guess that was an insult. I just can't deal with that sort of oblivion/lack of responsibility. The guy with the trailer needs tickets/points on his license - if not a criminal charge.

He shouldn’t have pulled out. But he definitely indicated to get out of your way well before you tried to overtake him. Not sure if that changes who’s at fault at all.
