I was reading !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! article, and the second paragraph indicates that there will be a RWD Targa... Did I miss this announcement or is it a typo?

Definitely a typo. Porsche will give you a 911 in any obscure flavor you like, EXCEPT a RWD Targa. Because fuck you, that’s why!
