That’s Yuta Akaishi’s EK sedan. He’s competing in Global Time Attack; he also is/was the owner of the heartbreaker Z:
Yuta is an all around badass and the Civic sedan is actually down right now getting a K-series swap, wider front fenders, and custom aero. I think he was running into issues last year with a JRSC’d B16 (B18? I forget). If you want to know more about the Civic, I can send you links and stuff
