Like Oz, we’ve had them in the U.K. for quite sometime also. No 15 year restriction. ;)
Does seem odd in that it’s a 1996 model in Florida which would make it illegal.

Yeah, my thought was a grey import that was brought in legally by a Canadian/dual citizen. Of course it could also be a “kit car” title or simply a scam.

Florida, where this car is located, has private DMV’s on some places, which basically means that if you pay enough you can get anything registered.
