I miss small-car based trucks. Chevy still makes some in Mexico, but not in Freedomland...er....America. Damn autocorrect.

They’re factory made pickups from VW based on the MK1 Golf/Rabbit, they were called the “Caddy”.

Pretty cool! I’ve seen a few around my city and they’re probably great for actually hauling (small) stuff, because they sit so low. It’s also impossible to find a picture of one that’s not stanced.

I know what the caddy/rabbit pickup is. I just never saw one with a golf front end not have I seen one with a convertible top.

Oh I didn’t notice the convertible top until now (because I can’t read), cool! It’s pretty easy to switch out the front end on the Golf/Rabbit/Caddy, I used to have a MK1.
