Here we see a mid 1970s Midget.
Today it's been about 4° with a cold North wind but still sunny enough for me to encounter a brave chap with the top down on his Midget. Ten minutes later it was snowing so I don't know how that went for him.

70's midget you say? This was the first thing that came to mind. Maybe he's not brave and the top is just broken?
