Pretty certain that this can come down to 800 or so. Appears to be a runner. I see coolant in the passenger footwell, so he probably didn't bleed the lines correctly. The engine's probably fine. I kind of hope no one buys it so that I can get some spares off of him before he decides to just scrap it.

Or if you want one that's actually nice for a bit more money...

This one is listing it for parts, but it looks like it's in great shape and he says that the engine and gearbox are good. I'm very confused.

This seems sorted in the same way mine is (should run and drive great, but looks a bit tired), but I'm curious as to why he's selling since it looks like he's had it for a long time and loves it. Either way, there are worse cars for $3k on craigslist. Depending on how the suspension is, this could be a great way to buy a good one out of the box that won't require the effort that mine did to get up to snuff.

Yeah, if I were looking for something as a first car for someone or a reliable daily that also happens to be quirky and fun, this is the one I'd get as well.

I'm sure this is sacrilege, but, I would love to have one of these as my winter car.

That seems pricey to me, but at $800 it isn't awful. But AW11s are out there, I'd keep looking for a nice one.

Yeah, I want to try it. I'd probably want to do it with a Fiero first since I wouldn't feel as bad about wrecking it and it's also mid-engined.

I posted a couple of nice ones as well. I view the beater ones as platforms to make a cheap racecar. No point in ruining one of the ever rarer well kept ones and driving the prices on those up.

Yeah, a Fiero would be worth a shot. My issue there would be that the Iron Duke Fieros were kind of doggy to drive, and I wouldn't want to ruin a Fiero GT.
