It exists. If you prefer a condensed version of OppositeLock, or just don't have the time to keep up with the plethora of daily posts, in the spirit of !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , a few of us (DasWauto, 505Turbeaux, and myself) take the finest prose, photography collections, and conversations found here and share the posts to OppositeBlog.

We hope it's a helpful resource for the community; we have noticed that the Jalopnik editors seem to pull stories from OppoBlog to the front page on a regular basis, so it already has shown some benefit in that regard. I also think it's nice for Opponauts who have been away for a week or two, or even just over a long weekend, to see some of what's gone on without scrolling through every post they've missed.

If you're an OPPO regular who never misses a post, there's nothing new here for you. But if you're an occasional Opponaut whose work/family/other constraints mean you have less time to spend keeping up with OPPO, we hope you can get some good use from it.

Sure thing. I've been trying to add a graphic and link anytime I share a story to OppoBlog, to help keep awareness up.

I end up seeing everything, eventually, but usually one of you has beat me to it once I come across something worth a share. I'm sure there are still a few that fall through the cracks from time to time, but it's the nature of the beast...
