Fun Fact: California is so silly many homes do not have heat. When it's that cold outside, it's that cold inside.

But the real question is do the Leafs win the Stanley Cup at a higher or lower temperature than the Chicago Cubs winning the World Series?
https://islandstories.wordpress.com/2009/02/09/chi…
I'm going with a higher temperature, because they do have 13 Cups, the last being 1967.
The Cubs haven't won the World Series since 1908.

As a New Yorker, of the Upstate variety, I do not need heat at 50F. I've often slept with my window open when it was -20F outside.

The only thing that the Cubs have going for them is that they haven't won the World Series in 107 years.
:) (And I do pronounce 'the' as 'da'. Damnit.)

It got down to a whole 30° this winter! Some people must have thought they were going to die. We're wimps.

Below freezing temperatures in a house with no heat is no fun.

Meanwhile my dad has one of these Green Egg Grills because he says it won't be affected by the temperature outside. He lives in Florida.

That's awesome, but there are a couple errors. "Californians shiver uncontrollably" should be at about 65 F, and "New York City landlords turn on the heat" should be at the very bottom of the list, below hell freezing over.

The NYC landlords is about right.
The neighbors gave me wide-eyed looks a few years ago when one of them realized I was wearing shorts.........while shoveling the foot of snow that had just fallen.
