These are my work shoes, which are also my favorite 'driving' shoes, as I drive about 400 miles a week in them. The soles are a bit thin, but I really do feel connected to the car with them. So Oppo, what are your favorite driving shoes?

Some vans were my favorites, thin sole.

These are my favorite driving shoes:
Their 2 year old size 12 Polos. I love how that little rubber circle interacts with the clutch. Also, the original laces wore out so I relaced them with laces from an old pair of size 10 polo high tops. That way I can easily double knot them so they wont come undone as I use the clutch.

I've never tried Vans, but people speak highly of them.

Nice! At least they're aren't tgose circular laces, those are a pain to tie.

I've tried that a couple of times (when the rain was so bad, my socks and shoes were soaking wet), it's quite different. Since there is no shoe sole, you have to push your foot farther down than what you're used to. You have to adjust the way you drive.

Huh, never heard of them. But they get my approval because its probably pronounced 'blood-stone', :).

Hell yeah.
I have big-ass feet so my shoe choices are limited.

I wear a really ratty, 7 year old pair of Converse All-Stars The Who Special Editions. It's amazing that they've stood up to so much abuse. They have an insanely thin sole and 0 traction.

Usually cowboy boots. My latest pair is a pair of Irish Setter western style work boots.

My (currently salty) Steve Madden Loafers. Also my go to work shoes.

Puma Future Cat M2. I wear them every other day as my work shoes, alternating with a pair of Fast Cats. I love both, but these are my favorite.

They are good organ shoes too. Nice and narrow.

Those look wicked nice. :)

Yup. The actual color is the chestnut part at the top of the shoe.

Vans. Cause of the thin sole and the stripe matches my car color. Lol

Nooo haha I can never find one that looks good on me. It's a ratty baseball cap for me.

My father in law bought a Auatralian cowboy hat 20 years ago, but it didn't fit him, so he never returned it. He gave it to me last year, it's pretty sweet.
Its possibly something you should invest in, :). Let me ask my dad-in-law that type of hat he wears, it's awesome.

The brand is Kakadu, here's a link to the hat he has [ http://www.sportsmansguide.com/product/index/… ]. It's not your normal style of hat, but I think it looks epic. It's more reserved than most cowboy hats (IMO). :)
