Not Pizza, but something somewhat (barely) Italian. My mom decided to make what she calls Taiwanese spaghetti... It's not really spaghetti since it uses macaroni and has ham, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, soy sauce, and ketchup in an amalgam of mostly Taiwanese and American foods... It does taste good though...
