Do you know where the other hoses lead to? Looks like a pcv but I only know subarus... I'm most likely wrong.

Looks like an emissions hose, PCV, brake booster, gas tank/evap recirc hose? What's the code? Evap?

Ok so PCV hose? Looks like you can replace it with appropriately sized rubber hose, where does the other end go? Canister? Brake booster? Gas tank?

Looks like a vacuum hose maybe. I'm guessing EGR.

Emission tee on rock auto.

Pretty common on older Crown Vic for that rubber T to try rot and collapse. I am not sure if dealer still carries it or not.
