Kinda starting to miss my old dealership, but i dont know if it's legitimate, or just backslide syndrome. Plus I found out today how disappointed the manager that I actually liked was when I left.

Yes, but only because it was a summer job and I needed work the following summer. Never again.

Maybe you could bring your old manager on to your new teram, but don't go back. Only dogs return for their vomit. (sorry for that image in your head.)

Went back to a contract job I left because they kept putting us on hiatus. It's a different situation, but sure enough, I went back when another job ended, and they put us on hiatus a week later. Still - talk to the old manager and test the waters.

It all depends why you left. Never burn your bridges, it's a small world!

Why did you leave, and are any of those reasons now negotiable?

I left because there were too many other salesmen to fight with for sales, and when my floor partner quit they ran him out of the building.

Yes, but just when I started to panic at having done so, I woke up.
