nope, usps won't let you ship pipe bombs. The post office lady is going to ask me if it contains "anything liquid, fragile, or potentially hazardous" and you can't lie to a postal worker.

You also can't send rigid objects in a normal envelope, but I once mailed a penny to England for some reason I don't remember and it got there in under a week without a problem. So, you know. It's still possible.
