Was talking to my uncle who works for Toyota today. He gets a new company car to drive every year...he just got a Tacoma extend cab trd that he is planning on buying after the year is up. Asked him about what kind of discount he gets...he tells me he gets 1% off msrp for every 1000miles on the vehicle up to 30%. His goal is 25000 miles so he had lots of work trips planned where he will be driving. That's nuts though 30% i wish. If only i could convince him to buy an fr-s and sell it to me next year. Here's a pic of his truck...except his is red

i think the 30% off would change that opinion for anyone though...but sounds like Toyota is worried about the Colorado/canyon eating their mid size sales so hopefully that will affect their price and they'll refresh it

Toyota must be afraid of the GM twins if they have to bribe their own employees to buy the Taco.

that's the discount for any car, not just the taco.
