This video is so 90s; I love it. Also, hockey isn't as great as it was in the 80s and 90s. :(

Can you post some Bobby Probert next?

Still my favourite hockey video! Even though the leafs are the worst. Gilmour is a beauty too!

GRAPES!!!!
I remember the 80s/90s Detroit/Toronto rivalry. The Probie-Domi fights were awesome!
I'm glad I got to see a Wings-Leafs game in the old Maple Leaf Gardens.

I read that the owners decided to ban the Spin-O-Rama this season.
That's fucking bullshit.
Oh, and seriously? 90's hockey sucked so much ass. 80's were certainly different, but 90's was nothing but Trap Hockey thanks to the Devils.

Nothing is as great as it was in the 80's and 90's. Especially music.

Oh ho ho ho Patty, look a little bloody there. Gonna lose your mind? Break some hinges?
Go fuck yourself, Patty.

Oh man, I love the brawl from the game where Claude Lemieux was "turtling"

My favorite part of this all is McCarty and the game (and season) he had. Even when you consider that him wailing on Lemieux was anything but clean, you have to consider that 1) it was 100 times cleaner than what Lemieux did to Draper, and 2) being embarrassed while being beaten like a rented car is a lot nicer than spending your offseason eating through a straw.
Darren McCarty is still one of my three favorite players of all time (Yzerman and Howe being the others). Despite the reputation as a fighter, he really had a scoring touch that nobody really seemed to notice.

spin o rama in the shootout is a joke

Shootouts are a joke. They're a spectacle meant to put an end to ties and make the end of a game nailbiting.
Spin-o-ramas fitted in perfectly with that ethos.

a reasonable point for sure, it just reeks of cheese to me to come to a complete stop in front of the goalie basically and wheel all the way around. some are done more smoothly than others but I'm glad it's gone.
