My wife and I signed up for the virtual Beat the Blerch. Unfortunately we're both sick, so we've decided to do it another weekend.
How'd the run go?

I'm just getting back into running after a brief 20 yr hiatus, so plodded the 10k at 53 min.
Wife did the 1/2 in about 1:45. Was a fun day out.

thanks = but note that the wife was doing 8 minute splits for 13 miles, while I ran 8:35's for 6... she's mighty.
