Passed by a car sitting on cinder blocks, wheels removed, a la 1980's Detroit today. After I commented on it with a friend from São Paulo, he told me this stuff has been pretty common over there and in Rio de Janeiro lately, so I'll just assume Brazil is going backwards in time and we'll soon be knee deep into another oil crisis and stuff.
But hey, now that I think about it, having your wheels stolen is probably not as bad as breaking them on the massive potholes that show up everyday on the roads...
