It's been in the 100's here in SoCal as well this past week.

About the only good thing about it is that, after accelerating WOT up a steep freeway onramp in 106 degrees ambient with the A/C on, two big friends in the car, and all of my friends luggage, I'm pretty sure my car isn't going to overheat.

Like, for example: Kansas may be flat, but all the area within 50 miles of Kansas City is actually hilly and beautiful.
