Today in marketing, each group of people was assigned a major company to conduct a SWOT analysis on. For those of you who aren't familiar, SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. We had to find examples of all 4 of these for our company, and then share. My group, by some stroke of luck, got Toyota. When it came time to present, my friend (who is an Iraqi) and I came up with something for opportunities that the teacher didn't see coming: !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . But when we pointed out that nearly every conflict in !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , and elsewhere uses !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , as do the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! relief efforts and the governments, she got what we were talking about.

It also helps that the Hilux and Land Cruiser have such a strong reputation (especially in those areas), that Toyota really doesn't need to advertise them much. They practically sell themselves.
