Yeah, I fail to see how there's any debate on this whatsoever. Biker was holding his lane and maintaining speed; the wheelie is completely irrelevant.

My exact thoughts. It wouldn't have mattered how many wheels were on the ground, but in general, don't do wheelies in traffic.
