Colin Furze is a mad genius. This super-motivated, high energy DIYer's channel is my latest Youtube obsession. Apparently he is a TV personality and holds a couple Guiness World records, one for the worlds fastest mobility scooter.
He makes light of mathematics and planning in his videos but I imagine he takes them both pretty seriously behind the scenes. From TIG welding to hyrdoforming this guy has skills. His videos mix insanity with information in a fun way. He's a lunatic building jet engines from nothing. What did you build today?

Yess! The video where he uses an old turbo as a jet engine is crazy awesome.

Turbochargers and jet engines operate on the same principles. The difference is that a turbocharger has a reciprocating (or rotory, get over yourselves Wankel fans ;)) engine between the compressor and the turbine rather than a combustor to add heat.

And the jettle, cross between a jet engine and tea kettle, which proved to be much faster at boiling water than your typical non-jet-powered kettle.
