Don't ever go to Great Clips.

I only do because a longtime friend works there. She's bounced from place to place and found stability at Great Clips.

I'd hate to have a cheap, reliable haircut.

I actually go there all the time now ever since my barber retired. Until I find one who I like who cuts my hair how I want I will probably continue to go there.

Really? I was expecting the Toyota Corolla of barber shops to be Sport Clips, because...
...well, you know.
But, seriously, I'm sure some of us here will appreciate the advice.
Personally, I prefer small independent shops.

This is one of the perks of being bald.
A few minutes a week with my clippers is all I need.

Sports Clips is the Camry of barber shops.

Not sure what's wrong with them, honestly. There's very few independents around my way anymore, and they're about 40-50% more for a haircut. I've never been unhappy with a cut I've gotten there, and I've been going for years. I'd say for a guys cut they're not bad. Yhrn again I'm just a straight clipper job that takes maybe 10 minutes. If I could blend between lengths I'd do it myself

Me too, that's why I have the Lancia Stratos of haircuts, the "Macklemore."
