Went by the house today and the Siding is coming along nicely and they are done drywalling the top floor. The siding and drywall should be done next week then we can start on interior finnish work.

When I moved, built my house and guest house, the one thing I didn't do, first, was build a garage. It was a mistake. A *great* mistake.

The house continues to exist because the Garage houses the support structure required to keep it going and maintained. Nothing else will do (unless you have unlimited monies and can just call contractors willy nilly.)

10 years? I wish. more like 25 years for me. $1400/month mortgage for 25 years. over 10 years it would of been like 3.5K/month.
