I'll be honest...the grille, headlights, and taillights don't look half bad on here.
Everything else just seems wrong though...

If he changed the rims and maybe had more era-appropriate grill, really not too terrible. At least it looks like he really put some serious effort into it.

My biggest problem is that the chrome, and accent lines on the hood don't match up to the grill, and headlights.

I like it. Price is right too. He's not trying to take anyone for a ride.
Kinda looks like the interior of Aaron's or Rentacenter. It's somewhat cheap, but looks nice, and is bound to wear out within a couple years.
