My Trans Am and my shitty parts hauler/winter beater 2000 2WD 2 door blazer.

It's looking good!

Well, we all know the 77 is pure Badass. But I totally dig that Blazer too.

Thanks! It's an 81 but I turned it into a 78. The only part of the car still 1981 spec is the tail light assembly. The blazer is a bit needy. Recently I did this: http://oppositelock.jalopnik.com/oppo-confessio…

That's a nice little fleet! Beats the hell out of mine, when I was your age.

This picture was taken a few months ago. It's getting buffed and the decals go on when the decal guy recovers from a stroke.

Interesting, but the bumper swap makes sense and should be relatively straight forward. I like the Blazer because I had a S10 of the same year that I wanted to hot rod, but my sister totaled it. I miss that truck, but it was my first car so I was very attached to it.

I do likes me a clean Firebird/Trans Am. And, cool Blazer. A friend of a friend had a red one way back when, with a 5-speed.

Aww. Its a good truck but is worse in the winter than my T/A. The trans am has had practically everything swapped to 78 spec or better (interior, electrics, engine, trans, wheels, spoilers, hood, scoop, etc.)

That's how I learned how to drive in a Minnesota winter with a 2wd S10. Good times. That's why my Silverado is 2wd.
That's a lot of work. Did you do it yourself for the most part?

Everything but spraying it black. Here's the build thread: http://oppositelock.jalopnik.com/tag/emma
