girlfriend's BORING bmw something or other, parked next to my '76 caddy cruise-mobile
I also have an e34 runabout and my brother has a big green 760li. Neither are at the house, but here's an old pic, you can see them in the back

The e34 isn't boring, because it's manual and it's the last generation of bmw before they went all computerized, so it's a great drivers car. My brothers 7 series is most certainly not boring! It is v-12, 430+ horsepower, and has heated and cooled seats...in the back! Also it has a refrigerator! In 2004! It has paddle shifters to keep it sporty and once, we raced a gallardo and won! I was laughing my ass off because we were hauling 4 people comfortably!

They're pretty cheap, you'd be surprised. It runs well, because it still has less than a 100,000 miles. When it comes to big six person convertibles however, I'd look elsewhere. I inherited this car, but if I had the choice and wanted a big cruiser, I'd get a '66 Galaxie convertible. It's dead reliable, ruggedly handsome without any gimmicks, and the "7-litre" variant is scary fast.

My father had a '67 Coupe DeVille. Sold it when I was but 5 years old, but I have fond memories of it.

I am hoping to get one like this in the near future. Hard top though.
