He isn't. I'll vouch for the fact that I've been to this restaurant so many times and all of those times, they're genuinely nice people. Amy's Baking Company, on the other hand...

The best part of this "review" is that if we follow his points to their logical conclusions, he would give the owner's allegedly abusive behavior a pass if the restaurant was located in Greece.

Urban dictionary is a great resource for Internet shorthand. Although "SR20" shows up on this site and doesn't have a definition on there. For the record, it means "pics or it didn't happen." There's a backstory but it takes a while to track down.
