Yep, they've !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! the whole soundtrack.
Not a lot of groups and artists I'm familiar with, but there's some that stand out.
Obviously, some of the most recognizable ones are on Horizon XS: The Clash, Jane's Addiction, and Cage the Elephant, for example.
Chromeo and Digitalism stand out the most to me on Horizon Pulse.
Ninja Tune Radio has a song that will be familiar to those who have played Driver: San Francisco.
Lastly, Innovative Leisure Radio might be a favorite among GTA V Oppos, with Bass Drum of Death, who were featured on the game's Vinewood Boulevard Radio, appearing with 4 songs on the station, including the exact song featured in GTA V.
Of course, the Horizon 2 soundtrack will likely introduce players to new groups and artists for them to enjoy, just as the original Horizon soundtrack did.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't there a Ninja Tune radio station in Sleeping Dogs?

Yes, there was. It's the exact same record label.

I have literally heard of only like three of the bands on that list. I honestly turned the music off i Horizon 1 cause it was so repetitive and not very good
