UPS trucks are painted before they're destroyed. That way the iconic brown isn't being seen destroyed.

What an odd looking contraption, but it is at least rhd.

Interestingly ever other place I've been to uses ordinary vans for the post with the wheel on whatever side is the convention there. I'm guessing this is because most of us don't use the individual roadside post boxes they use in rural America and so there's no particular advantage to having the wheel nearest the side of the road.
