meet the concept for the Alfieri - a car destined to attack the Jag F type and 911's of the world. However this concept is also being touted as the base for the 6c - that's right a twin turbocharged V6 sourced from our favorite tree hugger Italians, Ferarri and currently found in the Ghibli. This 6c is expected to be Alfa Romeos Flagship, there CTS-V if you will and as such is expected to be pricey. Currently a concept the car is rumored to be in prototype production and a standalone prototype should be around this time next year.

I do like the idea of an Alfa flagship but the main thing I'm concerned with is getting an entry level Alfa sports car. I had my hopes pinned on the Miata twin but now that that is going to be a Fiat I'm worried we won't get something the common man can afford.

they have 8 models o the way, the $c is the first one, the Alfieri and this 6c are two more - still 5 left to reveal.

Hmmm, they've got the Giulia as well, and perhaps a CUV. That still leaves 3 more :) even if two are replacements for the Giulietta and MiTo that still leaves one to pin our hopes on
