Eel is not that bad.

Here in Indonesia we eat chicken's liver. Which is absolutely terrible.

I'm Jewish. We eat chopped liver. Made with chicken liver, grilled or caramelized onions, schmaltz (rendered chicken fat), some hard boiled egg, and filler like bread crumbs. Spread it on crackers, toast points or bagel chips. Delicious.

Deep fry them, then they are insanely delicious! I grew up eating chicken hearts, gizzards and livers. My mom would fry them up before frying up the rest of the chicken. So good!

Eel sushi, when prepared by a skilled chef, is freaking awesome.

No way I'd eat it boiled and laid on a plate, though.

California Rolls = pansy sushi (don't take it personally, I eat them too).
