I'm going to guess that Webber's helmet colours are somewhat coincidentally the same as Red Bull's. I don't know the significance of the yellow top, but the red, white & blue is likely from the Australian flag. Here's his lid from at Jaguar, 2003-2004:
The yellow top does appear to have been changed to be the same as the Red Bull's yellow:

t yes the red blue and white are most probably because of the australian flag, i searched from where he was born, and my guess about the yellow is that the new south wales flag has some yellow.

That sounds likely. Of course, Arch Duke Maxyenko is also correct. Like many Red Bull athletes, he is still personally sponsored by them regardless of whether or not they also sponsor the team he races for.
