Okay, so it was a preseason win, which counts as much as a Pee Wee Football team named the Texans winning a game, but it was nice. For the first time since September 22 of LAST YEAR, we had something to celebrate that didn't involve the draft.
Clowney had two big plays in a row, the first being a monster hit on the Falcons' RB, the next a sack. We also had a pick 6 that went IN OUR FAVOR, FINALLY. I am a realist, and know that this is probably the Universe just getting me excited so it can yank my heart out of my chest during the actual season.
32-7. Can't wait to watch this Thursday's Hard Knocks on HBO to relive it.

I went to the Texans-Cardinals game last weekend. They made the Cards look like Super Bowl contenders. Not good.

We have that effect on other teams.

My grandfather had Cardinals season tickets in the 90's...
I know that feeling well.

It's not a great time to be a Texans season ticket holder. Probably for the next two years or so also.
