How to find the text of a Hyundai TSB?

My boss's 2008 Hyundai Elantra threw a Check Engine code for "Shift Solenoid C." Googling for the issue tells me that there may be a TSB for this issue (TSB 09-AT-011), but I can't find a PDF or whatnot of the text of this TSB. Is there some way to look this stuff up?

Dealers, forums, automd.com, safercar.gov in that order for getting accurate ones. They're not generally released to the public so unless someone leaks it you're SOL.

Thanks for the reply. I was afraid of that. I had hoped that there was some sort of requirement to make that stuff publicly accessible.
