Went four wheeling last weekend in the pine barrens of NJ. Land Cruiser did not fare so well. Went through a medium deep puddle about 16"-20" of water and doused the engine compartment pretty good. Got to the other side and the she immediately started running real rough and died. I pulled the spark plug covers off and let everything dry for 20 minutes and she was still running rough but was able to get out. I think it must have been the distributor that got real wet though for it to catastrophically shut down so quickly. Need to do some IH8MUDing and research.

Only thing I can think of is mildly corroded terminals. I'm hoping its that and that I don't have to replace it.
