It could basically be any of the commonwealths, but Canada is by the states so... To be honest US ball should be replaced by England ball.

A couple of Italian balls among the Nazis would work. Canadians slogged through Italy with the Americans. They took all of the big cities for the headlines while the Canadians did all of the actual hard work... or so I'm told.
