It's not excellent condition if it needs soft top and differential work... Those are (potentially) big things.

I love the "has the looks of the Z3 but drivetrain of a Miata"..... Soooo you kept the worst of both cars?

this is an early 1.6 Miata, this would've been worthwhile in the early noughties when early 90s miatas were cheap and Z3s were brand new on showroom floors
