not sure why the driver would get out onto an active raceway which made me think accident but the video sure looks like there was enough room to dodge the guy. My unprofessional opinion is that Stewart goosed the engine to try and scare the guy/intimidate him and he lost grip on the dirt track thus running him over. But malice comes into play when he drove off afterwards like no biggie. If I was trying to scare someone and actually ran them over the first thing I'd do is I dunno - get out and try to help!
