The headlights in the first picture reminds me of the VW Corrado. I'm ashamed to admit that I'd NEVER heard about this car.. Now I wan't it, damn you :)

I saw an '88 T-Type last weekend at Das Awkscht Fescht. I wasn't sure what it was at first, but it looked awesome! I can only imagine what it would be like with the supercharged 3800.
