I know where one is wasting away, or was. It always saddened me as I drove my old 4Runner past his house. I felt as if my 4Runner was watching one of it's elders die.

Someday, as long as it's still there and I have the money, I will try my best to rescue it. It was a donor vehicle, so I don't know all of what is missing, but all of the body is there. I saw one for sale on CL, but it had frightening frame rust. Most I had ever seen on a vehicle of that age.

I do not know if these are rust prone or not, but my Cutlass had been in a ditch for nearly 20 years and it had no frame rust at all and it was much older.
