Can we import an Autozam Az1? Alternatively I want an early 70s Falcon XB

For me in the UK, it'd probably be a Corvair or a Toronado :)
Either that or something cool and RHD from Australia, Japan or South Africa (I'm thinking the SA-only 3.0l GTV6 homologation special).

I made a little suggestion earlier today. Small and RWD with a transaxle. Not that that would be my first choice, my first choice is the car that's waiting on customs in Texas as we speak.
The suggestion of earlier today:
The actual car I've just shipped:

I was thinking a Sinka Syncro. Most of them are 25 years old by now, and were never imported because of the Chicken Tax.

Thank you, and goodnight (although I'd love a 959).

I've been considering those T3 pickups too. I've seen these show up for sale frequently, although T3s do seem to be appreciating quickly now. There's a fringe but positively crazy VW scene in the US and the US is the land of pickup trucks, so it would make sense to export one.
Finding a Synchro one will be the hard part, especially if you want one for a fair price with minimal rust.

It's the 959. My favorite Porsche of the 1980s by far.

From Jalopnik: Exhibit A of Mazda's clinical insanity has to be this gull-winged, mid-engined, rear-wheel-drive kei car that was a joint venture through Suzuki. They designed and built the tiny runabout, while Mazda sold it through their Autozam dealer chain. (Suzuki sold their own version.) The AZ-1 was a remarkable tiny sportscar that got its power from a turbocharged three-cylinder engine. Doesn't that sound fun to drive? There was even a Mazdaspeed version with a body kit and a host of handling goodies.
Unfortunately, the AZ-1 debuted in 1992, right as the effects of the bursting bubble were really starting to hit. It was also considered too expensive for a kei car, and had a tough time competing with Mazda's own MX-5. It was a very cool car, but you have to wonder who their target audience was supposed to be. It was kind of an answer to a question no one asked.

I had a medium-sized hit of crack this morning, so:
- Alfa Romeo SZ. These will be available in the Fall, if not already. So weird. so Alfa.
- Lancia Thema 8.32. A mediocre sedan powered by a Ferrari V8. Later versions had the 32-valve engine and 215 horsepower. Which isn't a lot given the nightmare salad they must be to keep up. An Alfa Romeo 164Q is arguably a better car, but I can get one relatively easily in the States.
- Lancia Delta Integrale. Because I've wanted one since I saw a red one hammering around upstate New York in the late 1980s.
