I don't know if it's offered or offered consistently - it dang sure isn't bought consistently. Very few mad bastards in the market for one. It'd be easy to make your own, if that's what this guy did, but it seems like it'd be just as likely that hardly any are sold when available.

My junior high science teacher had one. A 1993 with the 1994 chrome swap, quad cab, long bed with a shell, and rows of seats in the bed. We took it on field trips and such; it was awesome

I saw that truck at the UTEP Baja SAE competition. My team got there with an F250 crew cab and this thing made it look like a bitch. It was towing a pretty sweet trailer too.

My grandfather has a Chevrolet 3500 HD with a quad and an 8 foot bed. Its just over 21 feet
