It's Sunday, August 10th I've never been but my dad goes to the British and Swedish events and say they are pretty awesome. I plan on taking Heidi and was wondering if any of you opponauts were interested in going?

I haven't been to one yet this year, but maybe this is the one to hit! I went a few years ago and got to see some amazing cars, like an M1 and e36 LTW M3

This past weekend I was lucky enough to go out on track at Summit Point with my instructor in his E36 M3 LTW with the euro S50B32 swap. It was life-altering!

LUCKY! I don't have any pictures of the one I saw on my phone, unfortunately. I didn't realize how rare they are until after I looked them up after the show. I had heard of them before but seeing one face to face really threw me off guard. It was a true unicorn sighting!

Absolutely. I didn't realize they were sent here as regular E36 M3s from Germany and then an American company was hired to install all of the LTW parts manufactured by BMW. I thought that was cool! Of course, they still had the US-spec (lame) engine - except that in the case of this particular car some extremely badass dude decided to say "screw collector car status" and swap to the Euro engine. That car is an animal. I considered taking my GoPro with me for the ride along, but I thought it would look too shaky. Probably should've done it anyway.
