...but it's definitely the first one I have seen. 2015 Nissan Micra down on the street! The tires are like wheel barrow tires. Seriously. Apparently according to forums they are 185/60/R15...but these didn't LOOK 185 to me.

hahaha I drove that exact Micra recently. It's the press car from Nissan. It's an extremely marginal car. If you like mid-90's amounts of road noise, this is the car for you.

It does only cost $10,000. What was nuts was shortly after I saw this, I saw a silver one. I was like "maybe everyone has already seen one...given I just saw two..." Wierd.

The problem is that at $10k that's a great car. But this tester was optioned to nearly $16,000 and that's Ford Fiesta territory. And the Fiesta is a MUCH more refined car.

It's all a scam. They list it for $9,999 and if you want an auto trans (which 95% of buyers do) then bam! it's a $14,000 car no joke. The auto trans is like a 3-4 thousand dollar option.

They doubtlessly lose money on the $9k version but they know that nobody will buy a manual trans so they're safe. That's called Micra-economics.
