And I can't be sure, but I believe it says that this was actually used in Group B Rally (Klaus, can you do a little translating?)

It's a bit of a weird sentence:
Der Fahrer war 1986 war Herr Toivonen und gewann auch die Ralley-Weltmeisterschaft in diesem Jahr.
I think (and yes: I speak German) they mean to tell the car once was (maybe!) owned by '86 World Champion Toivonen and that the car is of the same year. Or something. It did not compete in Group B Rallies as it's one of the 120 homologation cars (Delta S4 Stradale).
