Background: Once upon a time, my parents got married, had two kids, had a vicious divorce, only to start dating again when I left for college, and then promptly broke up before I graduated, pissy and needling at each other as always.
Mom !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! for her 50th, and only just changed her Facebook picture to reflect her new purchase because of course that is just what one has to do to keep up with the neighbors in The Haaaaamptons .
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
So of course, my very mature and not at all Haaaaamptons father responds with:
Accurate, but never mind that he's still driving an Oldsmobile.
I'm totally putting them in the same old folks' home.

I am so glad my parents never got back together. They f-ing HATE each other. My mother took my dads 911 cabrio in the divorce and stuck him with the 89 Grand Voyager with 250K miles. She got his ass good. He probably deserved it, but damn it was cold.

oh shit my mom was out for it. My dad was living in a beach shack with a van while my mom got the house paid off, a porsche, and half of my dads retirement loot (that she could find lol)
