Besides some rust and hanging trim, this thing isn't bad. The interior looks good, and the underbody had the normal amount of rust for a car of this age. If it runs okay, this is a NP.
The rear fenders had the worst of the rust.
Walking up to this thing, I figured the interior is probably a mess. Nope.
Driver's seat didn't have one tear. And looks like they were non-smokers.

As long as you can afford this beasts tremendous thirst...NP!..and then paint it black. Caddies are supposed to be black.

Check the frame where the rear suspension mounts and where it kicks up over the rear axle. That is the weak spot rust-wise on these.
