"Skyscraper," about the building of Worldwide Plaza in Manhattan from 1986-1989. Brenda there worked as a cook on one of the barges that ferried steel from Houston to New Jersey. It is a very thorough documentary.

It's not streaming, though it is available on dvd, but there was a segment on one of Rick Sebak's Pittsburgh History shows called The Mon, The Al, and The O (which dealt with our Three Rivers) that featured a tugboat cook. I think I want her job: cook food, clean up, and watch the river go by.
